Music and Lyrics by Gordon Kenney

An exciting diverse original music collection that stands on it’s own as a concept album; almost like a Greatest Hits album, that also comes with a stunning Booklet that includes all the great lyrics and a step by step story-guide that gently guides the listener and the uninitiated through a classic re-telling of this incredible story. The artistes are an electrifying mix of leading West-End performers and seasoned East London Rock/Pop musicians.

A colourful musical roller-coaster ride back to the eventful days of the early sixties at the dawn of global television, the Beatles and the Swinging Sixties! A mischievous and heartfelt look at the ‘Profumo Affair’ in 1963 that shocked and changed the political landscape of the West forever as two beautiful young teenage girls become embroiled in the sinister underbelly of London’s secret political world and the scandalous nightlife of  Soho’s West End.

Come with us as we share their trials and tribulations with powerful politicians, East-End gangsters, West-Indian drug dealers, a charming osteopath and a Russian spy!

The music jumps from the opening sing-along 60’s vaudeville (You’ve Never Had It So Good!) too late 60’s R & B/Pop (‘Bloodsucker’) and (Well He Would’), 70’s Pop ballads (Don’t Tell Me’) and the classic 80’s musical theatre tear jerking closing show-stopper the (Finale’).

Laugh as drunken politicians and East End gangsters dance the Polka (We’ll Do You’) and a politician’s famous wife breaks her heart (Without Love’) as she pours out her feelings for all to see! Join in the saucy fun and frolics as famous political leaders and celebrities let their hair down (Dance of Depravity’) as they party into the night! Get you’re old denims out for the storming 70’s heavy Rock head banger (Porno Blues’) as the Album goes into overdrive before slipping back into Music Hall (Put The Kettle On’) for another polka.

You can even go 70’s disco (Movie Queen’) with the girls and throw in a bit of 60’s Blue Beat (Shebeen Theme’) and why not do some flag waving (England’) before you pay a visit to Parliament (Order In The House’) and get a bit morbid after a drink (Jack In A Box’) and close the night with a sentimental smooch on the cheesy (A New Day Dawning’) with whoever!
